of Credit or BGissued by Top 25 World Bank, payable 100% at sight at Seller's Bank againstFull Set of Shipping Documents and Certificate of Inspection for Quality andQuantity issued by SGS and/or Equivalent

Commission:   USD 1.50 $ tothe Seller side (Closed) &

                      USD 1.50 $ to the Buyer side &

                      USD 1.00 Intermediaries     ( 0.50 centsallowed for the mediators closed)

Delivery Guarantee:  SELLER and the ARAMCO guarantee thedelivery of the Product

Inspection:  Quality & Quantity by SGS orEquivalent at Seller's cost at Port of Loading

PerformanceBond:  The ARAMCO in conjunctionwith SELLER guarantees the Delivery of the product, therefore performance bondmay not be applicable

Proof of product:  In the form of ARAMCO Allocation Numbers andDetails, Thereof

CONTRACT PROCEDURE: Procedures as agreed per standard SLCO contractProcedure between Seller and Buyer.
